If you want to gain weight and build your body, you have to take a planned body building diet. Are you wondering if it is a special diet, made some where, in some part of the world? Body building depends on the number of times, you take your meals. Do not restrict yourself to, three meals a day. Eat five to six small meals, which will help you to build muscles.
