Moms Engagement Ring Brought Me Big Bucks
After fifty years of being married, my mom finally gave me her engagement ring. I wanted to have her wedding ring but she said that it is my father’s only remembrance t her - my father died three years ago. That’s fine with me. At least I now have their engagement ring! I never thought that I can sell engagement ring. I have never thought of selling that possession.
However, an act brought me to a problem. I borrowed my friend’s flat television for a movie marathon in my place. According to her, she will be gone for three weeks and it was ok if I’ll borrow it. But after I threw a party at my place one time, I saw a crack on TV’s LCD. I panicked! I’m dead in two weeks!
A friend told me that I can sell diamond jewelry online and it will surely help with my problem. I don’t have any choice but to deal with it. That was the only way I can repay the damage. After two weeks, I returned the TV to my friend without her knowing that it was a new one. I bought the same model using the money from my mom’s engagement ring.
